Provision of Assistance to Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) in Nigeria 2016

Rescue and Counselling Ministries International (RACMI)

has shown unwavering commitment to supporting Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) across Nigeria. Our team visited several IDP camps in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Adamawa, Yobe, and Borno states, reaching out to individuals and families displaced by conflict and crisis.

During these visits, RACMI distributed essential items, including food supplies, clothing, and medical aid, to alleviate the immediate challenges faced by the camp residents. In addition, we conducted sensitization programs on HIV/AIDS awareness, equipping individuals with vital knowledge to protect their health and well-being.

These outreach efforts are a reflection of RACMI’s dedication to bringing hope, relief, and empowerment to some of the most vulnerable populations in Nigeria. Together, we can continue to restore dignity and improve the quality of life for those in need.

Our approach goes beyond immediate relief; we also focus on fostering resilience within these communities. By addressing basic needs and promoting awareness, RACMI aims to empower displaced persons with the tools to rebuild their lives while maintaining dignity and hope for a better future. These initiatives are only possible through the support and generosity of our partners and donors. Together, we are making a difference in the lives of Nigeria’s displaced populations.
